In ’94, whilst the record received local support on the underground scene, it went under the radar outside the wider Tri-state area and soon fell into obscurity as musical trends swiftly shifted. Three decades later, OG copies are typically highly-coveted, and the melancholic jeep-beat grit has made it a play-box essential amongst ’90s R&B fans, UK street-soul heads, and Balearic collectors alike - weaving into the sets and playlists of a wide spectrum of DJs and listeners worldwide.
